How long would you have your sibling live with you?

I am a single man of 41. My brother is 42. My brother has lived with me for 2 years in my house and is slowly paying off his debts (which is the reason he originally moved in). It seems that he is now expecting to stay with me for the rest of his life as he mentioned this to me last week. He is a man with challenges - he has a form of aspbergers and/or severe phobias. It is a challenge for him to find employment that will suit him and/or employment that will accept his strange, brooding behavior. How long would you let your brother or sister live with you? (with or without them having a phobia or autism)
