What to do with the money after my one-man company taxes?

In a company, profits after tax can be distributed to the shareholders as dividends. In your case, if you are the sole director/shareholder, you can declare all the profit after tax to yourself as dividends, provided there is enough cash in the company bank account. Depending on which country you're from, you may or may not be taxed on the dividends you receive.
