How do you look at the members of the ruling combine dealing the PAC business on the Spectrum scandal?

First of all that report is not PAC report but PAC chairperson's report, and per constitution, report drafted by PAC is tabled in Parliament. A committee consists of its members, and Mr. Chairman, tried to table a report that was not discussed with the members, a report that was not prepared with the inputs from its members, thus that report is nothing but a peace of trash and should be trashed and that is what is happening with the report. CAG findings go through all findings and report is prepared with consultation of PAC members then placed before parliament only if members agree. Here Mr. Joshi prepared a report on direction of his party line and tried to present it to parliament. Shame of Mr. Joshi and his party. They have killed PAC, no one is going to go by PAC anymore.
