How can I run Starcraft Brood wars in window mode?

I want to be able to play at school during class with a freind so is there any way I can run Brood Wars in windows mode on Vista OS? I can't download any program from teamliquid and I tried the Chaos Luancher but school blocks me from installing and I couldn't run it either from a .exe download. I also tried the ICCUP download but it still didn't work is there anything else?
