Freeloader friend...?????????? Please help?

So my friend is a freeloader it seems...we've been friends for 2 years and lately she has stopped wanting to hang out unless I can smoke or blaze her up (yes, I'm a medical marijuana patient, and?). She very very rarely ever can reciprocate, because she never really has any money so I feel bad. But, it's not even that she never can pay me back fully, it's the fact that she gets a hold of me to ask me to blaze/smoke her up at awkward hours and then she can go right away afterwards. Next year I'm going to a new school, but I'll probably see her around. Should I break it off completely, start ignoring her, or what? I just told her I don't want to meet up to blaze her up coz I told her I thought she was freeloading me and she didn't reply. Any advice?
