Can anyone give me latest information about a laptop with high speed and in the range of 20,000 rs..?

well.... i recently got a job and want to buy a laptop...... my purpose is mainly for browsing internet, applying new jobs, and many things related to internet only......... my requirement is high speed... i mean i dont like the system getting stuck and run multiple windows at slow speed...... i dont mind other things like screen size, memory size ,video quality, dvd compatibility etc............. can anyone suggest a laptop of my requirements????? and if there are any small sized laptops with highspeed please do mention.... thanx in advance........
